HOW TO APPLY?

In the 2024-2025 academic year, the procedures for candidates who want to apply to EBYU associate and undergraduate programs are listed below.

1) The guide published on the website of the EBYU International Relations Coordination Office and our university website should be read carefully.

2) Link for application: https://obs.ebyu.edu.tr/oibs/foa_app/

Applications will only be accepted through this system, and each application must be submitted individually via the Internet.

3) A candidate is permitted to make up to five (5) preferences from the relevant programs according to their exam/diploma type and score.

4) It is possible for candidates to make changes to the information they have entered into the application system until the application period is over.

5) Applicants who submit their applications online are taken to the preliminary evaluation stage. In this stage, the International Student Admission Commission officials verify that the candidates’ documents meet the requirements for application.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION:

Candidates should have the following documents scanned and saved as PDFs ready to upload to the system during the online application. The language of these documents can be Turkish or English. Documents in other languages must be uploaded with a notary-certified translation.

Biometric photograph taken within the last six months,

  1. The pages of the unexpired passport with identification information and photograph, or if you do not have a passport, your identity card, passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate issued by the official authorities in your country (notarized translation for languages other than Turkish or English),
  2. High school diploma (those who do not have a diploma can submit a Temporary Graduation Certificate and candidates who have not yet graduated can submit transcript documents containing all semester grade information) (notary/embassy certified translation for languages other than Turkish or English),
  3. High School Transcript (notarized translation for languages other than Turkish or English),
  4. Certificate of Equivalency, if available
  5. If available, TR- YÖS exam result certificate,
  6. If available, an internationally recognized exam result certificate,
  7. For candidates whose first nationality is Turkish, a document proving that they have completed their entire secondary education abroad (passport country entry-exit pages, etc.)
  8. If available, the certificate of the university entrance exam result in the applicant’s home country,
