Documents required for final registration:
- High School Diploma (original and notarized copy translated into Turkish)
- High School Transcript (original and notarized copy translated into Turkish)
- Certificate of Equivalence (compulsory)
- If available, TR- YÖS certificate (original)
- If available, an internationally recognized examination certificate (original)
- Biometric photograph (2 copies)
- Passport
- Tuition and orientation fee receipts
IMPORTANT!
It is compulsory to submit the Certificate of Equivalency during the final registration. Students who have not yet received their Equivalency Certificate are obliged to submit it until December 31, 2024. Students who do not submit the Equivalency Certificate by the specified date are deemed to have waived their right to final registration.
IMPORTANT!
Students with Turkish citizenship who are entitled to enroll are obliged to prove that they have completed their entire secondary education abroad. During the registration process, either a passport entry and exit document or a document from the school where he/she received education abroad must be submitted to prove that he/she has completed his/her education by attending the school in person. Otherwise, registration will not be made and the candidate student will be deemed to have waived his/her right to enroll.

Please inform the office at uik@erzincan.edu.tr that you have posted your documents. Please send the proof of postage to this e-mail address with your name/surname/program of study and ID/passport number.
IMPORTANT!
Students who do not meet the application requirements, who provide false or misleading information and documents, or who are found to have errors in their information and documents are dismissed from the University. There is no refund offered for tuition fees paid by students who have deposited money for registration, who have not completed their enrollment, or who have completed their enrollment but voluntarily withdrawn from the program.
